Since January 2018 we have started to work with our first own PVD coating machine. This gives us much more flexibility and raises our delivery capacity.

In 3 shifts we are able to provide coatings as follows: AlTiN; AlTiSiN; AlCrTiN; TiN; TiCN; TiCCrN; ZrN; ZrCrN; TiAlN.

Parallel we have installed an ultra-modern cleaning system for our tools.

The pre- and post-treatment of the tools is done by Wet Blast System as well as by novel brushing system.

We will increase the performance of our tools even further by the development of new, individual coatings.
